1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DoomFree, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use DoomFree.
EULA Reference
Your use of DoomFree on iOS is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

2. Description of Service
DoomFree is a digital wellness application designed to help users combat doomscrolling by restructuring the reward loop around screen time usage. Users earn access to restricted apps through completing healthy real-world habits.

3. User Responsibilities
By using DoomFree, you agree to:
Use the app for its intended purpose of building healthier digital habits
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the habit verification systems
Provide accurate verification when completing habits (honest selfies, genuine activities)
Accept responsibility for managing your own Screen Time settings
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in DoomFree are owned by DoomFree or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Doomi character: The red panda mascot and all related artwork
- App design: User interface, icons, and visual elements
- Code: Software and underlying technology
- Content: Habit descriptions, messages, and app text
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app without explicit written permission.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
No Warranty
DoomFree is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You use DoomFree at your own risk.
We Do Not Guarantee:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Habit verification AI will be 100% accurate
- The app will achieve any specific results for users
- Screen Time restrictions will work perfectly in all scenarios
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoomFree and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any issues arising from iOS Screen Time API limitations
- Reliance on information provided through the app
6. Screen Time Functionality
DoomFree integrates with iOS Screen Time API (Family Controls) to provide app restriction functionality. Important notes:
System-Level Integration
Screen Time restrictions are enforced by iOS, not by DoomFree directly. The effectiveness depends on Apple's implementation.
User Control
You choose which apps to restrict. DoomFree does not automatically block any apps without your explicit selection.
Permission Required
You must grant Screen Time permissions for the restriction feature to work. These can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.
Note: Some system apps and critical functionality cannot be restricted by iOS. DoomFree has no control over these limitations.
7. Termination
You may stop using DoomFree at any time by deleting the app from your device. All your data will be permanently deleted when you uninstall the app.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time. Since the app works offline, existing installations will continue to function even if we stop providing updates.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of DoomFree after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
